My company focusses on supplying renewable technlogy, such as solar PV, solar thermal, rainwater harvesting and other new and innovative eco-friendly solutions. For the last three years I have planned, designed and project managed two self-builds, both my own family home and also next door's self-build too, handling the entire planning permission process, architectural drawings for the builders and the councils and sourcing all materials for both of the entire builds. My wife and I were also hands-on in a lot of the actual building process and implementing the insulation and air-tightness. The focus of the two self-build projects was thermal efficiency, air tightness and renewable technology. Between the two houses a total of 38 Solar photovoltaic (PV) panels (over 15kw), 40 solar thermal evacuated tubes and air source heat pumps have been used in these two houses. With this experience on board, building two "eco-homes", my company now sources and supplies renewable technlogy for anyone looking to incorporate this into their self-build like we did. I can also assist with the planning, design and assist with the project managing of your project. Please note I am not a professional architect but I do have real experience of getting two houses over the line, from the planning process, design and drawings required by local councils, planning statements, right through to completion, sign off and crucially the incorporation of renewable technology.

My background is in IT and I also offer database development services, such as CRM solutions.
